• যৌক্তিক অভিযোগ কিংবা প্রমাণের ভিত্তিতে ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার সুব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। ফোন নম্বর ও অর্ডার কোড উল্লেখ করে আপনার অভিযোগ ইমেইল করুন complaint@khalisbd.com ঠিকানায়। আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার প্রতিনিধি আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে।
• পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার পরবর্তী ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আপনাকে নতুন পণ্য রিপ্লেস করে দেওয়া হবে।
• রিপ্লেস দেওয়ার পরও উক্ত পণ্য আপনার পছন্দ না হলে (যৌক্তিক অভিযোগ কিংবা প্রমাণের ভিত্তিতে), আপনি রিফান্ড রিকুয়েস্ট পাঠানোর পরবর্তী ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্যের মূল্য রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
• যেকোনো তথ্য বা পরামর্শ জানার জন্য আপনার ফোন নম্বরসহ  customercare@khalisbd.com ঠিকানায় ইমেইল করতে পারেন। আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার প্রতিনিধি আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে।

“Khalis bd” is an organization run by a skilled team of alumni and current students of Dhaka University with the conviction of delivering “the best product at reasonable prices” to the people across the country.

• There is a facility to return the purchased products on the basis of logical complaint or evidence. Email your complaint by mentioning your phone number and order code to "complaint@khalisbd.com". Our customer care representative will contact with you.
•  You will be replaced with a new product within 48 hours of returning the products.
•   If you don’t like the product even after replacement (based on logical complaint or evidence) the price of the product will be refunded within the next 72 hours after sending your refund request.
